- Go to the Tour Page and find the 4/16/13 Nashville, TN pre-sale code in the white NON-TICKETMASTER PRE-SALES section.
- Click on the BUY PRE-SALE TICKETS button next to the Nashville, TN show listing.
- Purchase tickets using the Nashville pre-sale code.
