1. SPONSOR: BMG Rights Management (US) LLC, One Park Avenue, 18th Floor, New York, New York 10016 (“Sponsor”) is solely responsible for all aspects of this sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) in promotion of the performing and recording artist professionally known as “Jason Aldean” (“Artist”).
2. ENTRY: You may enter this Sweepstakes a total of one (1) time during the period beginning at 12:00 A.M. ET, on August 1, 2026 and continuing until 11:59 P.M. ET, on December 14, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules (the “Rules”), all times and days are Eastern Time (“ET”). You may enter the Sweepstakes by scanning the specified QR code and signing up for Jason Aldean’s text/email list. Once you have submitted the completed informational form during the Entry Period, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry”). Each entrant will be referred to herein without distinction as “Entrant,” “You” and “Your.”
3. ELIGIBILITY/LIMITATIONS: All Entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET, on December 14, 2026. Entries received after the applicable Entry Period will be invalid. Only one (1) Entry per person is permitted. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the provided email address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Rules, Entries are void where prohibited by law. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. This Sweepstakes is open only to persons eighteen (18) years or older upon entering who are legal residents of, and physically located within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (collectively, “Territory”) and not employees of Sponsor; nor any respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated or successor companies or the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of Sponsor (individually and collectively, “Entities”), or members of their households or immediate families. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives, nor the Artist, nor any of Artist’s affiliates, employees, attorneys, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, nondelivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider, Website or other connections; telephone or cell phone availability or accessibility; miscommunications; failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines or technical failure; jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; computer hardware or software or text message malfunctions, failures, technical errors or difficulties; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such Entries will be disqualified and any attempt by a person to use multiple accounts to register more than once may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. PRIZE.
(a) APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Following the Entry Period, Entrants will be chosen at random to win one (1) autographed vinyl of Songs About Us (the “Prize”). The total ARV of the Prize is [$48]. Any depiction of the prize is for illustrative purposes only. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.
(b) ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZE DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. There will be up to one (1) Prize given to up to one (1) winner (each a “Winner”). Lost or stolen Prizes will not be replaced. The Prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Rules. The Prize may not be transferred or assigned. The Winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is”, and Entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a Prize supplier that are sent along with the Prize. Any valuation of the Prize stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and the Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state or income taxes or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the Prize and will be required to complete and submit a W-9 Form. An IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize. Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the Prize (or portion of the Prize).
5. PROCEDURES: Entries will only be accepted during the Entry Period as provided for in Paragraph 2. Sponsor will randomly select each Winner from all eligible Entries on or around December 14, 2026. The Prize will be mailed to the mailing address provided in the Entry after December 14, 2026. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of each Winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant or any Winner and may refuse to award a Prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtained “Winner” status using fraudulent means.
6. WINNER: Each Winner will be notified by email, phone call, or other method of communication. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (i) Winner’s failure to provide Sponsor and/or store personnel with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (ii) Winner’s failure or refusal to claim the Prize and (iii) any other non-compliance with Rules.In the event of a prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited Prize to an alternate Winner. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
7. PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at: https://www.bmg.com/privacy-policy. Except where prohibited by law, and subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the following: (i) Artist and/or Artist’s entity “Lyric Ridge” to send future email marketing messages to the email address supplied in the entry; (ii) Sponsor to send future marketing emails to the email supplied in the entry; (iii) RKWP, LLC to send future marketing emails to the email supplied in the entry; and (iv) use of each Entrant’s name, likeness, city of residence, and Prize information, without limitation, for Sponsor’s, Artist’s, Lyric Ridge’s and RKWP, LLC’s promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded the Prize, the Winner may be required to confirm such permission in writing and execute and deliver a written affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Rules, release of liability, tax forms, and other reasonable documentation. 9. CONSENT AND RELEASE: To the fullest extent possible in law, all Entrants, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Releasees which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from Entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of Prize or any portion of Prize, including property damage, personal injury or death. Any provision of these Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Rules will remain in effect. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Rules or to terminate this Sweepstakes and, in such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to Entrants. By entering, you certify that you have complied with these Rules and are eligible to win. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. All rights reserved. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Jason Aldean officially launched his highly anticipated Songs About Us Tour this weekend with three consecutive sold-out shows, opening the Live Nation-produced, Patriot Mobile-sponsored summer run to capacity crowds in Bangor, Maine; Holmdel, New Jersey; and Bethel, New York.
The sold out opening weekend marks another milestone for the Grammy nominated entertainer, who celebrates his 32nd career No. 1 single at country radio with his three week Billboard Country Airplay and two week Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart topper “Don’t Tell On Me.”

1) CONTEST: Virtual Meet & Greet Aldean Army Contest (the “Contest”).
2) CONTEST SPONSOR: Jason Aldean, The Aldean Army, Maverick, Sparkart Group, Inc., and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Contest (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”).
3) INTRODUCTION: For good and valuable consideration (including, without limitation, the possibility of publicity), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you are submitting certain design(s), illustrations, logos, artwork, photographs, videos, animation, writings, proposed product and/or brand names, idea(s), concept(s), communication(s), programming code, and/or other material(s) (the “Submission”) as part of your entry to the Contest upon the following express understandings and conditions.

7) SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS; SPONSOR’S OWNERSHIP AND USE OF SUBMISSIONS; YOUR AGREEMENT TO UNRESTRICTED USE: By entering your Submission into this Contest, you hereby grant, transfer and convey to the Sponsor and its Agents all rights, title and interests in and to the Submission, including but not limited to the irrevocable, royalty-free right to trademark, copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) your Submission (as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor and its Agents, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents) on the Aldean Army website, other websites, in concerts, on merchandise, for television, motion pictures, in home video copies, and in other media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party.
(a) You acknowledge and agree that you have no right of approval or consultation with respect to Sponsor and its Agent’s use of the Submission.
(b) You agree to provide the Submission at no cost to Sponsor and its Agents or any other party.
(c) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that you possess all necessary rights and authority to grant, transfer and convey to Sponsor and its Agents all the rights herein granted.
(d) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission is wholly original with you and does not and will not violate the right of privacy or publicity of, or constitute a defamation against any person or entity and that it does not and will not infringe upon or violate the copyright, contract rights, proprietary rights, or common law rights or any other rights of any other person or entity.
(e) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission has not been entered into a previous contest or has received any awards and has also not been published previously in any medium.
(f) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its Agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from possession or use in any manner of the Submission.
8) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be chosen, at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents, who will review and judge the Submissions privately based on the submission criteria, which includes components of skill and chance. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about August 1, 2026, and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within 7 days of the date of notification, in which the winner will acknowledge that the Submission is a “work for hire” and will irrevocably transfer to the Sponsor and its Agents any and all rights, title, goodwill and interest in and to the Submission, including without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks and waive all moral rights in such Submission. If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within 7 days of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to require a potential winner to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity will not bring the Sponsor and its Agents into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably as determined by the Sponsor and its Agents in their sole discretion. A winner who is a minor in his/her state or province of residence must have all required paperwork completed and signed by his/her parent or legal guardian within the time period specified above, or the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected.
9) GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any website of the Sponsor and its Agents; (b) violating the Official Contest Rules; (c) violating the terms of use, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any web site, fan club, or other service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another entrant, Sponsor and its Agents, or any other person. 10) PRIZES: One (1) chosen winner will receive access to a virtual meet & greet experience with Jason Aldean via a video chat channel, with the medium, date, and duration selected at the discretion of the Sponsor. This prize has no estimated retail value. Sponsor and its Agents make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Limit of one prize per person, household and address. Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents. My cousin, who’s her mom past away 5 years ago, and finally the Jason Aldean concert gave me the opening I desperately needed to reconnect with my goddaughter. We have been really close every since. Tell us your favorite Jason Aldean related story. She’s Country is my favorite song because I relate to it in my every day life. I first saw Jason and his band at my County Fair in Ebensburg, PA when he was just getting big on the music scene and only had to pay $8 to see him perform on a dirt track/rodeo stage. JASON ALDEAN & LUKE BRYAN ANNOUNCE ADDITIONAL STADIUM HEADLINE DATES: THE “DOUBLE DOWN TOUR 2026”
Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan announced the “DOUBLE DOWN TOUR 2026,” an expansion of co-headlining stadium dates set to kick off this August. The tour adds four additional concerts in 2026 following their sold-out UGA Sanford Stadium show on April 25 that reunited the Georgia natives in front of 63,000 fans. Dee Jay Silver & DJ Rock will serve as support throughout the tour, and Gavin Adcock, Dasha, Chase Matthew, Jon Pardi, Dylan Scott, and Lauren Watkins have been added as support across select dates.
“If our time in Georgia was a barometric measurement of what’s ahead, these shows with Jason will make it one of the best touring years of my life. And the fans will hopefully feel the same way,” shared Bryan.
“Luke and I have each been at this, career-wise and as friends, for over twenty years, and have gotten to hit a lot of milestones along the way.
