ALL Aldean Army Pre-sale tickets will ONLY be available for pick up at the venue’s Will Call window on the day of the show. We realize this may not be as convenient for some of you, but please understand it is to help ensure that ONLY Aldean Army Fan Club members get pre-sale access to tickets for Jason’s tour dates. With Jason’s continued rise in popularity we have noticed irregularities in ticket purchases that indicates ticket scalpers may be infringing on Army member benefits. The option to mail or print your tickets from Ticketmaster will be eliminated altogether.
Rest assured, picking up your tickets will be simple. Just go to the venue Box Office (or “Will Call” window), and provide them with your name and valid ID. Please note, the Name & ID MUST match the one that is on the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to pick up the tickets. Tickets will be available for pick-up on the day of the show only, and there are no name transfers or resale of tickets permitted.
Your Aldean Army Membership allows you to purchase up to four (4) pre-sale tickets to each event, with a total of twenty (20) pre-sale tickets per tour.
We reserve the right to block access to, or cancel an order from, any user that we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion: (i) is or is acting in association with any ticket broker or scalper, (ii) is utilizing automated means to process or place orders, or (iii) whose order exceeds the stated limit. We reserve the right to cancel your account, without refund, for violating these policies.
UPDATED PIT TICKET POLICY
We do our best to prevent scalpers from joining our Aldean Army Fan Club. Unfortunately, we are noticing that they are resilient and still occasionally getting into our fan club. In response to this and to ensure that we are doing everything we can to prevent scalpers from purchasing PIT tickets, keeping them available at a reasonable price for our true fans, the Aldean Army Fan Club is implementing a new Paperless PIT ticketing process (as available per venue). This process will apply to all pre-sales going forward and will be the ONLY way to purchase PIT tickets from here on out. The new Paperless PIT ticketing process is simple, just take the following steps:
- Buy your tickets using a credit card online, or by phone.
- Bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets and a valid government issued photo ID to the venue.
- At entry you must provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets and a matching photo ID. (The name on the ID must match the credit card used to purchase.) This means the original ticket purchaser must attend the show, and all guests accompanying the ticket purchaser must enter the venue at the same time.

Please note that all other non-PIT Aldean Army pre-sale tickets will continue to be paper tickets that you will pick up at the Will Call window on the day of the show.
